We have a team of qualified energy advisors, able to help householders reduce their fuel bills and stay warm and well in their homes. All the advice is free and impartial, we are not linked to any energy suppliers.
No one should have to live in a cold home, so we would love to be able to help if you are struggling to keep warm or to afford energy saving measures. There are also extra services and financial support we can help you to access.
The South Brent Community Wind Turbine generates an income every year, this year up to £20,000 has been made available to help make South Brent homes more energy efficient.
Pop down to one of our drop-in sessions for a chat, if you bring a recent energy bill we’ll also check if you could save on a cheaper tariff. Harry, Sophie or Jinni will be at the Old School Centre in South Brent on 16th Jan and 13th Feb, 9.30am-1pm.
If you’d like us to come to your coffee morning, team meeting or group we can give a short talk or run a simple workshop on how you can save energy. We can also do home visits.
If you would like us to come and talk to your group or attend an event, please get in touch.
Here's where we will be so far:
The project is being funded by Awards for All, South Brent Parish Council, Sustainable South Brent, the South Brent District Councillors, South Brent Community Energy Society and the South Brent Feoffees.
If you’d like some help or advice from the team, please call Freephone 0800 112 3044 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We're very grateful to the local funders supporting this project.
The funding for heating and insulation improvements is from the South Brent Community Energy Society wind turbine!
